Configurable motion for DeepSeek Harness (DSH), with anchored popover animations inspired by modern desktop interfaces.

  • Adds a dedicated Motion Manager page to the settings sidebar.
  • Animates newly opened menus, popovers, and dialogs from their trigger button.
  • Automatically chooses the correct origin for panels opening above, below, left, or right of a button.
  • Adds a smoothly sliding highlight to the settings sidebar.
  • Transitions the right-hand settings content when switching primary sections.
  • Animates secondary tabs and nested disclosure panels with the configured duration and easing.
  • Uses the same anchored animation style for the settings window and other floating surfaces.
  • Provides an adjustable duration from 80 to 500 ms, defaulting to 350 ms.
  • Uses a soft CSS Bézier curve by default, with standard, spring, and linear presets.
  • Supports custom CSS cubic-bezier(...) timing functions.
  • Honors reduced-motion preferences and stores configuration locally in the browser.

Install

dsh plugin --profile web add github:zhoupengjie/dsh-motion-manager

Restart dsh web, then open Motion Manager from the settings sidebar.

How it works

The client observes newly opened floating surfaces after button interactions and applies Web Animations without replacing their positioning transform. DSH internals may change between preview releases, so selector compatibility may occasionally require an update.
