给 DeepSeek Harness 加一个 yap 工具：把任何话题用最正确、最没用、最丝滑的职场黑话说成三百字。适合"听起来很忙"的场合。

然后在对话里让 agent 用 yap 解释为什么这个 bug 其实是特性。输出长这样（每次随机）：
